Session Description: Join Sarah, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, in this workshop to explore how your nervous system might impact the patterns and cycles you experience in life. You'll learn some introductory concepts around supporting your nervous system, tools to help understand what patterns your nervous system defaults to, and go through some live practices so your nervous system can receive nourishment in real-time.
